Would be bettter and more realistic of a football game that we could change morale interactions.

- Older players, above 33/34 years old, shouldn`t get a big drop of morale since they are not expecting to play much

- Same for kids that were promoted from the youth team, and/or youner players in general (up to 19). They shouldn`t expect to play much, so morale drop should be lower. And for both, old and younger, they should get higher bonus when they play/or are benched.

In the opposite sepctrum, star players could drop faster morale if they dont play or benched.

Suspended or injuried players shouldn`t drop a morale.

This is just a rough idea, but something like this system would be a nice introduction since it gives a more realistic approach to the morale.
