I am mostly using 150 effort in official games while in my line up there are 3-4 players with aggresive personality which get the rating boost from the effort (125 or higher). Sometimes when i see a fussy referee a want to reduce the effort but there is only one card Take it slow which reduces the effort to 100 which means i will lose the rating boost for all my aggresive players.
