For United games, as there are different ones for top teams and United league/cup/tournament, I would like to play separate formations or tactics, but it is really tedious to change the lineup individually for each game, or to go to the lineup and select preset 3, for example. Would be bettter and more realistic of a football game that we could change morale interactions. - Older players, above 33/34 years old, shouldn`t get a big drop of morale since they are not expecting to play much - Same for kids that were promoted from the youth team, and/or youner players in general (up to 19). They shouldn`t expect to play much, so morale drop should be lower. And for both, old and younger, they should get higher bonus when they play/or are benched. In the opposite sepctrum, star players could drop faster morale if they dont play or benched. Suspended or injuried players shouldn`t drop a morale. This is just a rough idea, but something like this system would be a nice introduction since it gives a more realistic approach to the morale.
