We are happy to inform you that we have released several bugfixes to improve your experience in goalunited and ensure that everything works as intended. Here is an overview of the issues that have been addressed.

• Transfer Market – Talent Slots: Fixed an issue that sometimes allowed sold players to retain their 6th and 7th talent slots, which had been unlocked through special upgrades or buildings and should have been removed upon sale. These slots could not be trained, and any training progress made on them was lost. The talent slots of all identified affected players have now been corrected.

• Password Reset & Account Activation: Fixed an issue that prevented password reset and account activation emails from being delivered when requested.

• League Table – Relegation Status: Fixed an issue that incorrectly marked some clubs as relegated at the start of the new season, even though they remained in the same league layer.

We’re introducing an update to the Player Morale feature to give you more flexibility in managing your players’ morale.

Here’s what’s changing!

Current behavior

When a player was absent from the line-up for more than 3 consecutive official matches, their morale started to decrease as follows:

• Matches 4–10: A decrease of 1–5 morale points per match.

• Match 11 onward: A decrease of 5–10 morale points per match.

New behavior

Starting today, Friendly and Practice matches can reset the absence counter for official matches!

This means that if a player is included in the starting 11 for 2 Friendly or Practice matches, their match absence counter resets to 0. The two matches do not need to be consecutive.

As a result, the morale decrease caused by the player’s absences from official matches will stop as soon as the counter resets.

A new improvement and a bugfix have been released today!

Player Upgrades Pop-up Improvement

The Player Upgrades pop-up on the Line-up page will no longer appear when you hover over the Rocket symbol. Instead, you can now click the Rocket symbol next to a player to view their active upgrades.

This change should make managing your line-up more convenient and provide a smoother visual experience when setting up your formation.

United Event Filter Bugfix

We've fixed an issue in United → Lounge → Search that caused the page to become unresponsive when clicking the filter for a United event, requiring a game reload.

The filter now opens correctly, allowing you to search for United events without interruption.

Collecting player rewards from pop-ups could previously require several clicks, as each reward had to be viewed and collected individually. This could be particularly time-consuming when you had a large number of rewards waiting to be collected.

With the improvement released today, whenever you have more than 6 rewards, they will now be displayed together in a single pop-up. You can scroll through the list to view all available rewards in one overview, and then choose to view the rewards individually or collect them all with a single click.

Please bear in mind that when you have a large number of rewards and choose to collect them all at once, it may take slightly longer for the rewards to be processed.

We hope this improvement makes managing your rewards faster and more convenient!

Following several reports, we identified an issue with the Player Upgrades tooltip in the Squad Overview and Player Details.

In some cases, hovering over the Rocket icon next to a player’s name did not display the list of active upgrades, making it difficult to track their effects.

This issue has now been resolved, and the tooltip has also been improved to provide a clearer overview of active player upgrades.

You now have even more control over your match tactics! Starting today, you can adjust your team's effort in official competitions (league, cup and IM) at half-time using GU STARS.

Here's what you need to know:

Cost: 125 GU STARS per adjustment (this price is dynamic and may change over time).

Important rules:
If you adjust effort with GU STARS, you can't use an Encourage Card afterward.
If you use an Encourage Card first, you won't be able to make additional effort adjustments with GU STARS.
Minimum half-time effort: 50%
Maximum half-time effort:
• 150% by default
• 185% if you own Dragon Monuments or Wood Snake Monuments

We've updated the Golden Wonderkid card!

Previously, it wasn't possible to change the position of a Golden Wonderkid player.

With this update, you can now change their position using the available Switch Position cards (regular or Special).or the Change position option available in the game.

Note: The position change is possible only after promoting the Golden Wonderkid player in the main team.

This improvement gives you greater flexibility to optimize your Golden Wonderkid's training and development.

We've recently investigated reports regarding the Star Player upgrades and identified an issue affecting the Star Player upgrades effect.

Fix: Star Player Effect
Under certain circumstances, the Star Player effect was not always applied correctly when all 5 Star Player upgrades were active. This issue has now been resolved.

The Star Player effect should now activate and function properly whenever all required upgrades are unlocked.
